Bouquet of matthiola

probuket

A bouquet of stock flowers creates the impression of a soft, lush wave of blossoms—delicate yet dense, like a cloud you hold in your hands. Each cluster is made up of many tiny flowers, so the surface of the bouquet looks lacy and full. Stock fills the air with a subtle, sweet fragrance that is noticeable right away and lingers around the bouquet.

Such a bouquet is suitable for a birthday or anniversary—it looks festive but without being over the top. It is a pleasure to receive for someone who appreciates delicate, light arrangements and loves flowers with a scent. Stock works well on its own too: it doesn't need to be paired with other plants because it creates the right volume and texture by itself.

To keep cut flowers fresh longer, trim the stems at a sharp angle and place them in clean, cool water, changing it daily. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight and drafts—this way the blossoms will hold their shape longer.
