If the bouquet cannot be left, re-delivery must be paid again, and the money for the first order is not refunded. We always try to find the best solution, but it depends on the specific situation.

What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier will call the recipient in advance. If they are not there, we will arrange a new time or address with you at no extra charge within the same day.

When do I need to pay?
