We are Pro-Buket, and our goal is to have your bouquet in Russia delivered to the recipient fresh, beautiful, and right on time. We operate within the city you select on the website. The order is assembled and delivered by a florist in the same city where the recipient is waiting. We strive to bring the bouquet at the time you specified when placing your order.
How to Place an Order for Flower Delivery in Russia
The catalog features roses, peonies, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, tulips, edible bouquets of strawberries in chocolate, and other gifts. If you haven't found a suitable option in the catalog, browse the sections "Bouquets," "Edible Bouquets," "Indoor Plants," or "Balloons."
Once you've chosen a bouquet, provide the delivery address in Russia, along with a convenient date and time. We also offer anonymous delivery: if you wish to remain incognito, the courier will not mention your name or say who the flowers are from. A card is included free of charge: write your message on it, and it will be sent along with the flowers.
Assembly and Photo Before Dispatch
Before the bouquet is sent to the recipient, the florist assembles it by hand. Once the bouquet is ready, we photograph it and send the picture to you. This way you can make sure the bouquet fully matches your vision. If you have any preferences regarding color scheme or design, let us know — we'll take them into account during assembly.
The photo before dispatch is an opportunity to verify the quality of the bouquet. We understand how important it is for a bouquet in Russia to look its best, so we show you the result before the courier sets off.
Handing Over the Bouquet in Russia
The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. If the recipient is not present, the courier waits at the address for 15 minutes. After that, the courier calls the sender to clarify further steps. When a personal handover isn't possible, with your agreement the bouquet may be left at the reception desk (for an office or residential complex with a concierge) or at a nearby store. Yes. The delivery interval is 1 hour, any day of the week. If you need the bouquet to arrive exactly at a specific moment, for example at the start of the celebration, write about it in the comments: the courier will plan the route with extra time.
What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier will call the recipient in advance. If they are not there, we will arrange a new time or another address with you for the same day. The repeat delivery is paid separately.
