Choosing a Bouquet for the Recipient

Our catalogue for Shymkent features various compositions — from classic roses to delicate peonies and edible bouquets. Here are a few popular options:

• Bouquet of 21 roses
• 51 white roses in a box
• Bouquet of roses and alstroemerias
• "Maiden's Dreams" bouquet
• 25 cream roses in a box
• 21 red roses
• "First Love" bouquet
• Bouquet of 3 peonies

Besides individual compositions, the catalogue includes "Roses", "Peonies", "Hydrangeas", "Chrysanthemums", "Tulips", "Edible Bouquets", "Strawberries in Chocolate", and "Edible Gifts". For those who want to give a living plant, "Indoor Flowers" are a good choice. And if you plan to complement the surprise with balloons, check out the corresponding section.

When choosing a bouquet, think about the occasion and the recipient's preferences. For a romantic date, red roses or the "First Love" composition work well. For your mother's or grandmother's birthday — delicate cream roses in a box or a peony bouquet. For a colleague or friend, an edible bouquet or strawberries in chocolate always bring a smile. If you're unsure, our florists will help you pick an option based on your wishes and budget.

How to Care for Your Bouquet at Home

Simple rules will help the flowers last longer:

1. Cut the stems at a 45-degree angle with a sharp knife so the flowers can drink water better.
2. Remove the lower leaves so they don't end up in the water — otherwise they'll rot and spoil it.
3. Choose a clean vase, fill it with cool water, and add a special cut-flower food if you have one.
4. Change the water every two days and re-trim the stems. This refreshes the bouquet and extends its life.
5. Avoid direct sunlight, drafts, and proximity to fruit — they release ethylene, which speeds up wilting.
6. For roses and chrysanthemums, you can add a pinch of sugar and a few drops of lemon juice to the water — it's a nourishing environment.
7. If the bouquet is in a box, top up a little water periodically.

With these tips, your bouquet will last a week or more.
