How We Deliver Flowers in Ukraine
You choose a bouquet on the website, and we pass the order to a florist in Ukraine. They arrange the composition and deliver it to the recipient. A photo of the composition before dispatch lets you see exactly what the recipient will get. We bring the bouquet when you need it. With an anonymous order, the recipient won't guess who sent the flowers if you prefer to keep it a secret. Add a few warm words on a free card.
We operate only within Ukraine. Each order is arranged and delivered by florists in the same city where the recipient is located. This way the flowers stay fresh and delivery is right on time.
How the Order Works
- Choosing on the website. You open the catalog and choose a bouquet. The catalog features roses and peonies, hydrangeas and chrysanthemums, tulips, as well as edible bouquets, chocolate-covered strawberries, balloons, and houseplants. Among the popular options is a composition of 21 roses.
- Arrangement. As soon as the order is confirmed, a florist in Ukraine starts arranging it.
- Photo before dispatch. Before the order goes to the recipient, we photograph the finished composition.
- Delivery. The courier arrives at the appointed time. If the recipient is not there, the courier waits on site for fifteen minutes. Then we contact you as the sender and, with your consent, leave the composition at the reception desk or at a nearby shop. A repeat courier visit must be paid for again, and the funds for the first order are not refunded.

It matters to us that the flowers arrive on time. That's why this is not just words but our standard. You specify a convenient time, and we stick to it. We work in the dark hours too, so the surprise happens exactly when you planned.

Yes. The delivery interval is 1 hour, any day of the week. If you need the bouquet to arrive exactly at a specific moment, for example at the start of the celebration, write about it in the comments: the courier will plan the route with extra time.
What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier will call the recipient in advance. If they are not there, we will arrange a new time or address with you at no extra charge within the same day.
Can it be delivered anonymously?
Of course. The courier will not name the sender, and the card will contain only the text you write.
When do I need to pay?
After the florist confirms the order: composition, time, and address. We will send you a payment link or bank details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. We will send the receipt by e-mail or WhatsApp — whichever is more convenient for you.
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
