How We Deliver Bouquets in Istanbul

We deliver flowers only within Istanbul. Our florists arrange the bouquet in the city, and then a courier takes it to the recipient. We don't handle intercity orders — this allows us to control quality and timing.

Before sending, we photograph the bouquet and send the photo to you. So you can be sure everything looks exactly as you intended.

Delivery is at the exact time. You choose a convenient interval, and we bring the bouquet right then.

Anonymous delivery — for those who want to keep the intrigue. We don't reveal the sender unless you ask us to.

If the Recipient Isn't Home

Sometimes the recipient doesn't open the door or isn't there. In that case, we wait 15 minutes, then call the sender. If you agree, we can leave the bouquet at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. In this case, re-delivery is paid again, and the money for the first order isn't refunded.

We do our best to make sure the bouquet reaches the recipient, but sometimes circumstances turn out differently. So if you know the recipient might not be home, it's better to let them know in advance or choose a time when they'll definitely be there.
