How We Work in Spain

Placing an order takes just a few minutes. You choose a bouquet from our catalog — we have roses, tulips, peonies, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, edible bouquets, chocolate-covered strawberries, and other gifts. You provide the recipient's address in Spain and the desired delivery time. Then the florist arranges the composition and sends you a photo of the bouquet before it's dispatched. You see exactly what your loved one will receive and can be sure it looks just as you intended.

Delivery is anonymous: if you want to keep the surprise, we won't reveal the sender. The recipient will simply accept the bouquet and smile. We include a free card with every order — you can write warm words, and we'll tuck it into the bouquet. This is especially important when you're far away and can't say something in person.

We deliver flowers in Spain, but only within the city selected on the website. If the recipient is in Spain and you're elsewhere, we can still help: the only requirement is that the delivery address is in the same city where our florist works.

If the Recipient Isn't Home

Sometimes the courier arrives and the recipient isn't there. We don't leave the bouquet at the door or drive away immediately. Our florist waits for 15 minutes, then calls the sender — that's you. Together we decide what to do. If you agree, we can leave the bouquet at the reception desk or at a nearby shop. That way the recipient will still see the surprise when they return.

In that case, re-delivery is charged again, and the payment for the first order is not refunded. We always try to find a solution, but sometimes circumstances are beyond our control. So please make sure the recipient will be home at the specified time, or give them a heads-up about the possible surprise.
