We do not keep ready-made bouquets on display “just in case”. Flowers wait in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, and a florist picks them up only once your order is confirmed.
That is why your bouquet arrives exactly as you saw it in the photo before dispatch, not as it looked in the morning.
Before arranging, the florist asks who the bouquet is for and what the occasion is. A mother’s anniversary and a colleague’s farewell call for different flowers, even with the same budget.
Not sure what to choose? Message us on WhatsApp: we will suggest two or three options with photos.
In spring we have more tulips and peonies, in summer daisies and hydrangeas, in winter roses and chrysanthemums. A seasonal flower costs less, lasts longer in the vase and smells the way it should.
If the flower you want is not available right now, we will say so honestly and offer a substitute in the same palette.
Before dispatch we send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Want more greenery or a different ribbon? We will adjust it before the courier leaves.
The courier hands the bouquet over in person and lets you know once it has been delivered.
Not records, but promises we keep every day
Catalog bouquets are arranged and delivered across Almaty within 90 minutes of confirmation. Signature and large arrangements take from three hours.
High humidity and cold keep the cut stems alive until the bouquet is arranged.
Choose a convenient hour on any day of the week — the courier will call the recipient in advance.
We take orders every day, daily, 9:00–24:00.

No pre-made bouquets in the morning. Your bouquet is made once you order it.
A photo of the finished bouquet comes to you on WhatsApp. The courier leaves after you say “yes”.
A bouquet has exactly as many flowers as listed on the product page. Any substitution is agreed in advance.
If something goes wrong on delivery, we will remake the bouquet at our own expense.
