The fruit mix is a composition where pomegranate and avocado sit alongside two types of dried apricots, figs, dried pineapple, prunes, dates, and candied fruits. A garnish of greenery gives the assembled composition a finished and fresh look, highlighting the natural shades of the fruits.

Dense fruits and soft dried fruits form a harmonious combination of textures and shapes. The composition looks festive and is suitable as a gift for a birthday or family celebration — it will appeal to those who appreciate healthy treats and unconventional choices.

It is best to store the fruit mix in a cool place and not delay too long, so that the fruits and dried fruits retain their properties.
