Composition of 13 gladioli

probuket

Tall, slender stems of gladioli form an expressive composition of 13 flowers. Large buds open one after another along the entire stem — from the lower ones, already in bloom, to the very top ones, just gaining strength. This vertical form gives the bouquet a ceremonial and graphic quality: it looks good both in a floor vase and in hands.

The composition is appropriate for an important event — an anniversary, an award ceremony, or honoring a person whose merits deserve special recognition. Gladioli are traditionally given to those who appreciate classics and scale: the strict silhouette and dense inflorescences look impressive and hold their shape without additional decoration.

To make cut gladioli last as long as possible in a vase, cut the stems at an angle under water and remove the lower leaves that will end up in the water. Change the water daily and keep the vase away from direct sunlight and drafts.
