Composition Path of Serenade

probuket

A sprig of lilac with dense clusters is the main and only element of the "Serenade's Path" arrangement. The lilac panicles are made up of many small four-petaled flowers that open from the base to the tip. The tight clusters hold their shape and fill the surrounding space with a delicate sweet fragrance. A single cut stem preserves the natural asymmetry of the branch, so the arrangement looks alive and light, without strict geometry.

Such an arrangement is suitable as a standalone gift or as an addition to another bouquet. Lilac is perfect for spring holidays and personal meetings when you want to convey a mood without excessive formality. The lilac shade pairs well with white, green, and powder tones, so the sprig can easily fit into an existing interior or be placed separately on a light windowsill.

To keep cut lilac in a vase longer, trim the stem at an acute angle and remove the lower leaves that would be submerged in water. Change the water every couple of days and slightly refresh the cut, then the clusters will open gradually.
