The mandarin tree is a compact evergreen plant with a dense crown of glossy, oval, deep green leaves. During the fruiting period, small orange fruits ripen on the branches, remaining on the tree for several months and giving it a festive look. The Calamondin variety has small fruits with a thin, aromatic peel.

It is best to place the tree on a bright windowsill or in a well-lit spot, protected from drafts and direct midday sun. The plant is suitable for home, office, or winter garden, and also makes a pleasant gift for a housewarming or birthday of a loved one who is passionate about plants.

Care is simple: in summer, water moderately, allowing the top layer of soil to dry out; in winter, reduce watering. It is beneficial to periodically mist the leaves to maintain air humidity. Fertilize during the active growth period, in spring and summer. With sufficient light and careful watering, the tree remains decorative all year round.
