Prima Bouquet

Such a number of flowers makes the bouquet a statement in itself: it needs no additional details and looks complete. Peonies are appropriate to give to a veteran, a grandmother, or a loved one for whom the memory of the holiday matters. The arrangement suits both a formal gathering and a quiet family evening—it looks equally good in hands and in a vase on the table.

To keep cut peonies fresh longer, trim the stems at an sharp angle and place them in clean, cool water, changing it every two days. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight and drafts.
