A florist will check the flowers, address and time. Only after that will we send a payment link or an invoice, so you never pay for something that is out of stock.

We never ask for a CVV or an SMS code by phone or on WhatsApp. If someone asks — it is not us.

How do I pay for an order?
Kaspi, in cash to the courier, by card transfer, by transfer to Sberbank, USDT (TRC-20) or Western Union.
When do I need to pay?
After the florist confirms the order: flower availability, address and delivery time. Payment starts the arranging of the bouquet.
Can I pay for someone else?
Yes. The sender pays; the recipient pays nothing and does not see the order amount.
I am abroad. How can I pay?
By card transfer, by transfer to Sberbank, USDT (TRC-20) or Western Union: we will send the details on WhatsApp. You will see the bouquet photo before dispatch just as if you were in Astana.
What if I do not like the bouquet?
We send a photo before dispatch so that this does not happen. If something goes wrong on delivery, we will remake the bouquet at our own expense. More details — in the returns and replacement section.
Payment not going through?
Message us and we will send a payment link or bank details. A florist is available daily, 9:00–24:00.
