A sprig of mimosa with fluffy yellow pom-poms is the main and only element of the Leti bouquet. The blossoms are gathered into light clusters that sway gently on thin branches, while the delicate greenery of lacy leaves gives the arrangement airiness and volume. The yellow here feels warm and calm, without garishness, so the bouquet looks equally appropriate in both a festive and an everyday interior.

Such a bouquet is given on March 8 or for a birthday — as a standalone gift that needs no additions. A sprig of mimosa is well suited to someone who appreciates laconic spring compositions and the subtle, recognizable scent of the first warm days.

To keep cut mimosa fresh longer, trim the stems at a sharp angle and place the sprig in clean, cool water, changing it every couple of days. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight and drafts.
