Echeveria Purpusorum is a succulent with a purple tint to its foliage. The dense rosette is made up of fleshy, pointed leaves that shift in tone from green to a rich violet-burgundy in the sun. The plant is compact, grows slowly, and keeps its shape for years.

A spot for the pot is a sunny windowsill or a desk by the window: light intensifies the colour. Water rarely, only when the soil has completely dried out; pour water at the roots without getting it into the centre of the rosette. In winter, reduce watering.

It suits a home or a work office, and makes a gift for a housewarming or a birthday.
