15 burgundy tulips

This combination of shade and form is perfect for a birthday or anniversary. Dark burgundy tulips are chosen by those who appreciate understated elegance—they look equally good in your hands or in a floor vase by the wall. A bouquet of fifteen flowers holds its shape on its own: the stems stand straight in the vessel without requiring complex arranging.

To keep cut tulips fresh longer, trim the stems at an angle and change the water in the vase every couple of days. Keep the bouquet in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and drafts.
