Irises with delivery in Riga: we'll arrange and bring them at the exact time

Why irises are a bouquet with character and mood

Irises don't try to be "universally cute." They have their own way of moving: a dense bud, a slender stem, a line that holds its shape and gives the bouquet its graphic quality. That's why irises are often chosen by those who want to say something more precise: not just "congratulations," but "I was thinking of you," "you matter to me," "I want this day to be yours." In Riga, we see this in our orders: some choose irises for a romantic gesture, others for a warm "just because," and still others for a calm, grown-up gift without unnecessary pomp.

At Pro-Buket, the order is assembled and delivered by florists in the same city as the recipient. We photograph the bouquet before it leaves so you can see it and approve it, and only then does the courier head to the recipient. Delivery is timed to the exact hour. If needed, you can order night or anonymous delivery. We'll add a free card to any bouquet.

How to choose irises: size, color, quantity

We suggest not guessing, but choosing by three parameters: size, color, quantity. That way you'll hit the right mood faster and won't overpay for "the wrong thing."

Size. Irises vary in height and volume. A compact bouquet feels cozy: it goes on a desk, in the kitchen, or on a windowsill. The medium format suits almost everyone: it reads as a full-fledged gift but doesn't feel too bulky. A large one is a statement: it's great for congratulating someone on an important occasion, it holds the space and becomes the center of the room. If in doubt, go with medium: it almost always fits the moment.

Color. Irises offer a wide palette of shades — from delicate and cool to rich and deep. Light shades feel easier and calmer; they work well as a sign of attention without pressure. Darker and more contrasting ones carry a stronger emotion, and they're a pleasure to receive as an accent: "today is your day." When you know which shade the recipient likes, it makes the choice easier. If you don't, think about the person's style: minimalism, classic, boldness. Irises look modern in any variant, but the shade changes the mood of the bouquet.

Quantity. The logic here is simple: the more stems, the denser and "richer" the bouquet's silhouette. A small number is about lightness and elegance. A medium number is about balance. A large number is about impression and scale. If the bouquet is meant to be handed over at the door or in an office, the medium format is more convenient. If you want the recipient to gasp, go for more. And one more thing: we can photograph the bouquet before sending, so you'll see it before it's presented.

Iris delivery in Riga: what to know in advance

We deliver bouquets only within the city selected on the site. This isn't shipping: the bouquet is assembled and delivered to the recipient in Riga by florists who work here. That's why we can accommodate different scenarios: delivery at the exact time, at night, or anonymously. If you want to keep the surprise, anonymity helps: the recipient won't know who the bouquet is from until you decide to reveal yourself.

A separate note on the card: a free card with the bouquet is a simple way to add words. Even with an anonymous order, the card can remain unsigned or contain your message. We talk about the exact time we're preparing the delivery for. That's fairer and more convenient: you choose the moment, and we get ready for it.

What happens if the recipient isn't there? We wait 15 minutes. Then we contact the sender and, with their consent, leave the bouquet at the reception desk or at a nearby shop. It's worth keeping this condition in mind in advance to avoid misunderstandings. If you're not sure the recipient will be there, choose a time when they're definitely home, or give them a heads-up if the surprise isn't critical.

Who to give irises to and when: ideas without extra words

Irises suit a wide range of occasions. Not just birthdays. They're a good way to support someone on an important day: a project defense, an exam, a move, a new job. Irises sound like "I'm here for you" without pomp. For romance, they're great because they don't look like a "standard set": they have a different silhouette, a different presentation. For parents and older relatives, irises can be a pleasant choice if you want something noble and not too "sweet."

If you're giving them to a colleague or partner, irises look composed and respectful. If to a close friend — warm and personal. If you want to give a gift in Riga without revealing yourself, use anonymous delivery.

And most importantly: don't be afraid to make the wrong choice. We photograph the bouquet before sending so you can look at it and make sure it's exactly what you need. And the free card will help you add a few words if your own just won't come.

How to Order Irises in Riga Without Spending the Evening Second-Guessing Yourself

Choose your irises from the section, guided by size, color, and quantity. If you want a delicate bouquet, look for light shades and a smaller volume. If you're after impact, go for more stems and a richer palette. If you can't decide, take the medium one — it usually gets the mood right.

Next, enter the address and time in Riga, add a card if you'd like, and pick the format that suits you: anonymous delivery, nighttime delivery, or delivery at an exact time. We'll place the order, take a photo of it before it goes out, and bring it to the recipient in Riga. In that case, a repeat delivery is paid for again, and that money isn't refunded.

We do a simple thing: we help you choose irises and have them delivered in Riga in a way that's beautiful and human. If you want to say something important without long explanations, irises will do the job. And our part is to make sure the bouquet arrives at the right moment and looks exactly the way you pictured it.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
