A workshop where your bouquetis made for you

A small flower workshop in Almaty. Seasonal flowers, a cold room and florists who start arranging your bouquet only after you order.

We do not keep ready-made bouquets on display “just in case”. Flowers wait in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, and a florist picks them up only once your order is confirmed.

That is why your bouquet arrives exactly as you saw it in the photo before dispatch, not as it looked in the morning.

How our workshopworks

.01

People first, flowers second

Before arranging, the florist asks who the bouquet is for and what the occasion is. A mother’s anniversary and a colleague’s farewell call for different flowers, even with the same budget.

Not sure what to choose? Message us on WhatsApp: we will suggest two or three options with photos.

The season matters more than trends

In spring we have more tulips and peonies, in summer daisies and hydrangeas, in winter roses and chrysanthemums. A seasonal flower costs less, lasts longer in the vase and smells the way it should.

If the flower you want is not available right now, we will say so honestly and offer a substitute in the same palette.

No surprises on delivery

Before dispatch we send you a photo of the finished bouquet. Want more greenery or a different ribbon? We will adjust it before the courier leaves.

The courier hands the bouquet over in person and lets you know once it has been delivered.

A photo of the finished bouquet comes to you on WhatsApp. The courier leaves after you say “yes”.

No skimping

A bouquet has exactly as many flowers as listed on the product page. Any substitution is agreed in advance.

We stand
behind the result

If something goes wrong on delivery, we will remake the bouquet at our own expense.

How we keepflowers fresh

Freshness starts long before arranging. Here is a stem’s journey from delivery to your hands

An insulated box all year round

Almaty summer heat and January frost are equally dangerous for flowers. In the car the bouquet travels in an insulated box.

Flower food included

Every bouquet comes with a sachet of flower food and a short care guide.
