Clerodendrum bungei d12 immediately catches the eye with its bright inflorescences: white bracts like little lanterns open to release a scarlet corolla from the center, looking like hovering butterflies or small bouquets against the lush green foliage. The leaves are large, oval, with prominent veins, and the bush grows luxuriantly and branches readily. The pot diameter is 12 cm — a compact option for a windowsill or shelf.

Place the plant on an east or west window where there is plenty of soft, diffused light: in bright sun, the leaves may turn yellow, while in deep shade, the shoots become leggy and flowering becomes sparse. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, using settled water at room temperature; waterlogging in the saucer is harmful to the roots. In winter, reduce watering, and in hot weather, it is useful to mist the leaves and monitor air humidity.

Such a bush is suitable as a gift for a housewarming or birthday for someone passionate about plants. It is suitable for home and office where there is space for a neat green composition.
