How the Nobilis section differs from others

Nobilis are coniferous arrangements that retain their shape and fragrance for a long time. Unlike cut flowers, nobilis don't need water — they hold up perfectly without it. This makes them convenient for a gift that has to survive a long journey or a wait. A gift from afar

If a loved one is in Moscow and you can't come, we take care of organizing the congratulations. For orders where anonymity matters, we offer anonymous delivery. A free card is included with the bouquet — write your warmest wishes there.

Before the courier takes the bouquet across Moscow, we take a photo and send it to you. That way you can be sure: the recipient will get exactly the bouquet you approved.

Caring for nobilis

To keep your nobilis arrangement looking its best for as long as possible, follow these simple tips. Keep the arrangement away from heat sources and places exposed to sunlight. If the room is dry, you can occasionally mist the evergreen with water from a spray bottle. There's no need to put the arrangement in water — it can harm it. With proper care, nobilis stay fresh and fragrant for several months.

How we deliver

Orders are accepted and fulfilled within Moscow. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. If the recipient doesn't answer the call and doesn't open the door, the courier waits 15 minutes, then calls the sender. With the sender's consent, the bouquet is left at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. If you decline the repeat delivery, the order cost is not refunded.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
