Eucalyptus d16 h50

Eucalyptus is an evergreen tree with slender branches and fragrant leaves. Young leaves are round, greyish-green, with a light silvery bloom. Over time, they lengthen and become sickle-shaped. The crown looks airy and light, and when touched, a fresh spicy scent is felt. In a pot sixteen centimetres in diameter and fifty centimetres tall, the plant looks neat and slender, resembling a small tree.

Eucalyptus can be placed by a window in a bright room or in a conservatory. It needs bright indirect light, and it is best to shade it from direct midday sun. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, avoiding waterlogging in the saucer. In winter, reduce watering. The plant will appreciate cool conditions and fresh air without draughts.

Eucalyptus is suitable for lovers of plants with expressive foliage and those who appreciate natural fragrances at home. It is given as a housewarming gift or as an addition to a personal celebration.
