25 red roses

Such a bouquet is appropriate for a birthday and a wedding: it fits equally well into a warm family celebration and a formal ceremony. Scarlet roses can speak without words, so they are often chosen when you want to express strong feelings and attention to someone.

To keep cut flowers fresh longer, trim the stems at an acute angle and place them in clean cool water, which should be changed daily. Keep the vase away from direct sun, drafts, and fruit — this way the buds will open gradually and keep their shape.
