How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

If you have a cut-flower food, add it to the water. Change the water in the vase every two days. Each time you change the water, trim the stems by about 2 centimeters. Remove any leaves that would be in the water to prevent rotting. Don't leave the vase in a draft or under direct sunlight.
