How we deliver

Before the courier, we'll take a photo of the composition. If no one opens the door, the courier will wait fifteen minutes, then contact you: with your consent, the bouquet will be handed to the reception or left at a nearby store. If there is no one to hand the bouquet to, it will go back, and a new trip will have to be paid again — this money is not refunded.

Refresh the cut. As soon as you receive the bouquet, trim the stems diagonally — at about a 45-degree angle, so water reaches the plants more actively. Use a well-sharpened tool — scissors or a garden knife.

Prepare a vase. Fill it with settled water at room temperature and dissolve cut-flower food if you have it. The water level should cover the stems by 5–7 cm.

Remove leaves. Remove all leaves below the water level so they don't rot and spoil the water.

Change the water. Every day or two, pour out the old and add fresh, trimming the stems at the same time. Thanks to this, flowers and branches will stay fresh longer.

Keep away from sun. Place the vase in a shaded and cool spot, away from radiators and drafts.

Eucalyptus loves moisture. Its branches can be periodically sprayed with water — this way they retain aroma and firmness longer.

Keep the vase away from the fruit basket: ripe fruits emit gas that makes flowers and eucalyptus wilt faster.

Monitor the condition. If you notice wilted buds or yellowed leaves, remove them — the remaining plants will stay fresh longer.

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
