Bouquet of anthuriums

Such a bouquet is appropriate as a gift for a grandfather — for an anniversary, birthday, or family celebration. Anthuriums look equally good in a festive setting and in a calm home interior, so the arrangement is suitable for a warm congratulation to a loved one. The masculine character of the flower and the clear rhythm of its lines will appeal to those who appreciate restrained yet striking beauty.

To keep cut anthuriums fresh longer, trim the stems at an acute angle and place them in clean, cool water, changing it every two days. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripe fruit.
