If no one answers, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then calls the sender: with their permission, the bouquet can be left at the reception desk or in a nearby store. If re-delivery is still needed, it is paid for again, and the amount for the first order is non-refundable. You can place an order at night, the sender's name will remain unknown, and a card is added free of charge.
