How does ordering hypericum in Kostanay work?

When placing an order, you select your chosen composition on the website and provide the address in Kostanay where it should be delivered, as well as the delivery time. Once the order is placed, a florist starts assembling your chosen composition. You'll see a photo of the finished work before the courier is dispatched. The courier will deliver your chosen composition to the person waiting for the bouquet in Kostanay. Anonymous delivery in Kostanay won't reveal the sender's name. We'll add a card for free — you come up with the message.

What to do if the recipient is not there

The courier will wait for the recipient for 15 minutes, then call the person who placed the order. If the sender agrees, the bouquet can be handed to the receptionist or left at a nearby store. A repeat courier trip across Kostanay will require a new payment, and the order cost is not refunded.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
