Occasions and recipients

Roses are a convenient way to convey a wide range of feelings — from gratitude to tender words. Roses are given to mothers and grandmothers, friends and colleagues, significant others — or for no reason at all, just to make someone's day. Red roses signify a declaration of love, white ones — tenderness and respect, cream ones — elegance and warmth. For a female manager or business partner, neat compositions in a box are suitable. For a romantic evening, a large bouquet is appropriate, such as 75 white roses in a box. For a family celebration, 15 roses 50 cm tall will work well. The Kostanay catalog also has other sections — roses in various shades, as well as compositions with greenery and decor. You can create your own bouquet or choose a ready-made one.

How to place an order

In Kostanay, you select the rose bouquet you like from the catalog and specify the address and time for delivery. Before the courier takes the order, you will receive a photo of the selected roses — so you can evaluate the gift before it's presented. The courier delivers the roses to the specified address at the time you choose. Need the sender's name to remain a secret? Then choose anonymous delivery: the recipient won't know who ordered the roses. A card with your words comes with the roses at no extra charge.

If the recipient is not there

The courier waits 15 minutes on site, then calls the sender and agrees on further actions. With the sender's consent, the courier hands the bouquet to the reception or leaves it at a nearby store.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
