How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.

How to Prolong the Life of Brunia in a Vase

To make brunia in a bouquet last longer, follow a few tips. Cut the stems at an angle with a sharp knife before placing them in water: this helps the blooms absorb nutrients faster. Fill a clean vase with cool water and dissolve a cut-flower preservative in it. After two days, replace the water and re-trim the stems. Keep the vase away from radiators, off a sunny windowsill, and out of drafts. To keep the arrangement looking fresh, remove wilted leaves and flowers promptly. If brunia starts to droop slightly, place it in a cool spot for a few hours to revive it.
