101 red tulip

Such a number of flowers is appropriate for a grand celebration or a declaration of love. Red tulips are traditionally given on a date, and they are also suitable for a family holiday where an atmosphere of warmth and sincerity matters. The mix of scarlet and orange shades adds liveliness and depth to the bouquet, so it looks equally good in the recipient's hands and in the interior.

To make cut tulips last longer, trim the stems at an angle and change the water every couple of days, adding a little flower food. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight, drafts, and fruit — this way the buds will open gradually and evenly.
