Lavender Delivery in Taraz

Lavender needs no introduction — its fragrance speaks for itself. The scent of this herb is noticeable even before your eyes fall on the bouquet: warm, slightly dry, with a hint of spice, and this aroma lingers in the room longer than the sprig itself lasts in the vase. All lavender arrangements for Taraz are delivered at your chosen time, and we send a photo before the courier sets off.

In the "Lavender Delivery in Taraz" collection there are fifteen options: "Lavender Bliss Composition", "Lavender Delight Bouquet", "Majestic Bouquet", "Dried Lavender", "Moonlight Melody Bouquet", "Lavender Skies Bouquet", and "Stabilized Lavender", as well as the "Lavender Bouquet".

What we do before delivery

If the recipient is expecting guests at a certain hour or has an important event, we'll find a convenient time for the handover.

Anonymous delivery is available.

You can include a few lines of your own, and we'll attach them to the bouquet.

If the recipient isn't home

These situations happen often. The recipient might have stepped out, been delayed, or simply not heard the doorbell. After making sure no one is answering, the courier won't leave the bouquet on the landing or rush off. The courier waits at the door for fifteen minutes. When the wait is over and no one has opened, we call you to find out how to handle the bouquet.

Lavender at home: how to make it last

Lavender is a plant that doesn't tolerate haste or fuss. It needs little, but the right things.

Trim the stems. Before placing the sprigs in a vase, cut the ends at an angle with a sharp knife. Not scissors — they crush the stem, so use a knife or pruners. Make the cut at an angle to increase the absorption area.

Remove the lower leaves. Leaves submerged in water will quickly spoil and make the water cloudy. Clear the lower stems of leaves — this keeps the water clear longer.

Water — cool and shallow. Fill the vase about a third, no more. Lavender dislikes stems standing in deep water. Change the water every day or every other day, and re-trim the stems each time.

No direct sun. Lavender in the field loves light, but cut lavender doesn't. Place the vase where there's no direct sun or air-conditioner draft. Ideally, partial shade, a cool room.

Add sugar or flower food. A teaspoon of sugar per liter of water or a special cut-flower food will extend the bouquet's life. If you have nothing on hand, a drop of lemon juice works too — it acidifies the water.

Dry it if it wilts. Lavender is one of the few flowers that looks beautiful dried. When the lavender starts to dry, gather the stems into a bunch and hang them flower-heads down in a dark, dry place. After two weeks you'll have a fragrant dried bunch that will keep its scent for months. You can put it in a linen closet or hang it in a room.

Mist, but sparingly. Lavender dislikes excess moisture on the flower heads. A light morning misting is fine, but don't give it a shower — that darkens the blooms.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
