Who to give anemones to and for what occasion
Anemones are instantly recognizable: light petals with a dark center make the bouquet graphic and unlike any other. In Taraz, anemones are given both as a sign of tender feelings and simply to brighten someone's day. For those you want to truly impress, the "Young Charm Bouquet" is the one. The "While We're Together Bouquet" and the "Bouquet of Love's Charms" are given to those closest to you. The "Amorous Aromas Bouquet" and the "Signs of Attention Bouquet" come to the rescue when you want to hint at affection or simply lift someone's spirits.
Anemones prefer light and coolness. It's best to place a vase with anemones in a cool spot, sheltered from drafts and direct sunlight — that way they'll last longer. Change the water and rinse the vase every two days: in dirty water, anemones wilt faster. If the buds are closed, put them in warm water: they'll open on their own. Fruit placed next to the vase makes anemones fade faster, so it's better to move it away. These simple tips will help a bouquet delivered in Taraz delight the eye for longer.

Questions and answers
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
