Bouquet of pink lilies

Such a bouquet is appropriate for a bachelorette party or for giving to the bridesmaids — it maintains a bright, celebratory atmosphere and looks good in the hands of several participants at once. The pink shade of the lilies softens the composition and makes it touching, but not overly formal.

To keep cut flowers in the vase longer, trim the stems at an angle and change the water every two days, rinsing the container. Remove any leaves that end up underwater, and keep the vase away from direct sunlight and drafts.
