Do you work under a contract and invoice?
Yes. We sign contracts with LLPs and sole proprietors, issue invoices and provide closing documents. For one-off orders an invoice is enough.
What is the minimum order for a company?
There is no minimum: you can order a single bouquet for a partner with payment by invoice. Discounts and personal terms start with a subscription or an order of 10 bouquets or more.
How far in advance should we warn you about a bulk order?
For 10–30 identical bouquets — 2–3 days ahead; for orders for 8 March, Nauryz and New Year — a week ahead: on these dates we reserve flowers with suppliers in advance.
Can bouquets be delivered to different addresses?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet with addresses, times and card texts — we will deliver across Turkey and send a report with a delivery photo for each address.
What if an office arrangement wilts too early?
Message your manager with a photo — we will replace the arrangement within a day at no extra cost. With a subscription this is included in the price.
Can the bouquets be made in the company’s brand style?
Yes: we will match colours to your brand book and use a ribbon or cards with your logo. Branded materials are discussed when you send the request.
