Gerberas with Delivery in Turkey

Why Gerberas Suit Any Occasion

Gerberas are given to loved ones, friends, and colleagues — they are appropriate in any situation. Their large, bright flower heads lift the mood at first glance, and their vase life pleasantly surprises even those used to finicky plants. Assembly and handover of the bouquet take place within Turkey.

How We Deliver Gerberas in Turkey

We deliver only within the boundaries of the city specified on this page. If the address is in Turkey, the bouquet will be assembled and handed to a courier for delivery to that address.

Service includes:

  • Photo of the bouquet before dispatch. We photograph the arrangement before handing it to the courier so you can verify it matches your order.
  • Delivery at the exact time. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.
  • Anonymous delivery. The sender's name will remain hidden if you ordered the anonymous service.
  • Free card with the bouquet. You can add a message — simply enter its text when placing the order.

When the recipient is not present, the courier waits 15 minutes, then contacts the sender and, with consent, leaves the bouquet with the administrator or at a nearby shop. With the sender's permission, the bouquet may be handed to the administrator or left at a neighboring shop.

Caring for Gerberas at Home: How to Prolong Bouquet Freshness

Gerberas are known for their endurance, but they will thank you for proper care. A few recommendations will help gerberas stay fresh longer.

Preparing the Vase and Water

Right after delivery, let the bouquet "breathe" — leave it in a cool place away from direct sunlight for 20–30 minutes. Take a clean vase, preferably not wide, so the stems do not fall apart. Pour settled water at room temperature into the vase. Gerberas do not like cold or especially icy water — it shortens their life.

Trimming the Stems

Use a sharp knife or pruners — scissors can crush the stem. Refresh the cut every two days, then gerberas will drink water better.

Additives and Supplements

Add flower food to the water according to the package instructions. At home, you can use a pinch of citric acid or a spoonful of sugar — this will support the plants' tone. Do not overdo it with sugar: excess sweetness promotes bacteria growth. Change the water completely every 1–2 days, rinsing the vase.

Temperature and Location

Gerberas react poorly to drafts, heat, and direct sun. Keep the bouquet away from heaters, air conditioners, and fruit: they release ethylene, which accelerates wilting. The comfortable temperature for gerberas is about +18…+22 °C. In a cool room, such as a glazed balcony, the bouquet can stay overnight if the temperature there does not drop below +10 °C.

What to Do with Wilting Flower Heads

If a flower starts losing its shape, remove it — it will not recover, and it will only hinder the others. Leaves that end up in the water should be removed, otherwise they will rot and spoil the water.

Characteristics of Gerberas

Gerbera stems are covered with fine hairs that tend to trap bacteria. That is why it is so important to monitor water cleanliness and refresh the cut in time. Rinse a slippery stem and cut it again. Some florists advise immersing stems in water no deeper than 4–5 cm — this reduces the risk of rotting.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
