Forty-seven roses make a dense, almost sculptural arrangement in which every bud holds its shape and sets the overall rhythm. The yellow petals look warm and clear, while the seventy-centimetre stems give the bouquet a slender, elongated silhouette. The roses are gathered into a single bunch, so even from a distance you can see the even line of the heads and the soft glow of colour.

This kind of volume suits an anniversary or a wedding — occasions that call for ceremony and scale. The yellow shade adds mood without clashing with the setting: the bouquet works both in a hall and in a home living room. Forty-seven roses are a statement in themselves; they need no extra details.

To keep cut flowers fresh longer, trim the stems at a sharp angle and change the water in the vase every two days, rinsing the vessel at the same time. Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight and draughts.
