Gerberas with Delivery in Austria

Pro-Buket delivers gerberas to recipients in Austria. We deliver at your chosen time, including at night.

Below, we'll explain how to choose gerberas from our catalog in Austria.

Size: from compact to tall

Gerbera is a flower with a large head on a long stem, and the size of the bouquet is made up of two things: stem height and number of flowers. A small arrangement of a few gerberas will fit on a desk or nightstand — it doesn't take up much space and looks neat. A medium bouquet is already perceived as a full-fledged gift: you want to hold it in your hands, and it stands out in a room. Tall bouquets with long stems look ceremonial and work well when you need to make an impression — for example, on stage, at a reception desk, or in a spacious living room.

If you're unsure about the size, base your choice on the occasion and where the bouquet will be placed. For a personal, quiet congratulation, a small bouquet is enough. For a birthday, anniversary, or public presentation, consider a medium or tall bouquet. Keep in mind where the bouquet will stand: in a small apartment, a huge arrangement will be out of place, while in a large room, a modest bouquet will get lost. We assemble gerberas in Austria and deliver to the recipient — you choose the size for the situation, and the florist arranges the bouquet so it holds its shape.

Color: single shade or mix

The gerbera palette is wide, and the same bouquet in different colors reads differently. Monochromatic arrangements are calm and composed: white looks light and neutral, yellow and orange — warm and joyful, pink and red — tender or passionate, depending on the shade. If you know the recipient's favorite color, a monochromatic arrangement won't clash with the interior and will surely please.

A mix of several shades looks livelier and more festive. A mix is useful when the recipient's tastes are unknown or you want the bouquet to be a bright accent. A combination of contrasting colors makes the arrangement noticeable, while similar shades make it soft and harmonious. We don't impose ready-made schemes: in the gerberas with delivery in Austria section, you can choose either a monochromatic or mixed bouquet, and the photo before sending will show exactly how the combination turned out.

Quantity: how many stems to take

How many gerberas are in the arrangement largely determines how it will be perceived. One flower is a sign of attention, appropriate as an addition to a gift or a warm hello without an occasion. A bouquet of three to five gerberas is a self-sufficient arrangement: it's pleasant to hold, and it doesn't require additions. Seven or more gerberas is already an impressive arrangement suitable for an important event.

Don't choose a bouquet solely by the number of stems. What matters more is how well the bouquet suits the occasion and the person, not the stem count. Some will appreciate one large flower more than twenty, while others will find a large volume festive. If you're torn between two options, take the one with slightly more flowers: gerberas hold their shape, and an extra flower won't ruin the arrangement.

How we deliver gerberas in Austria

A florist living in Austria handles assembly and transportation. We deliver flowers only within Austria — gerberas in Austria are handed to the recipient in person shortly after assembly. If you order delivery for a specific time, the courier will arrive exactly then.

Each gerbera bouquet comes with a card — just write the text, and we'll include it. If you order anonymous delivery, the recipient won't know who sent the flowers.

If the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits 15 minutes, then contacts you and, with your consent, leaves the bouquet at the reception desk or a nearby shop.

What to choose for the occasion

Gerberas are appropriate for a romantic gift, a friendly congratulation, and a business bouquet. For romance, warm shades and medium size are often chosen; for a friendly congratulation, a bright mix; for business, a restrained monochromatic bouquet. If you're congratulating a colleague or partner, choose a neat arrangement without excessive lushness; if it's for a loved one, you can be bolder with color and quantity.

We deliver gerberas to recipients in Austria and make sure the bouquet arrives on time and looks like in the photo. You choose the size, color, and quantity for your occasion, and we take care of assembly, photography, and delivery at the right moment — anonymously if desired.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
