What to do to make ranunculus last longer in the vase?

Ranunculus respond well to care and stay fresh for a long time. A few simple recommendations:

Before placing ranunculus in water, shorten the stems with a sharp knife — hold them at a 45-degree angle. Cut the stems with a knife at a 45-degree angle, holding them under running water.
Remove all greenery from the part of the stem that will be in water: otherwise the leaves will rot and spoil the bouquet.
Take a clean vase and pour cool water into it — ranunculus will thank you. Fill it two-thirds full.
Add the flower food from the kit to the vase — it will help the flowers stay fresh longer. Thanks to it, the flowers remain fresh longer.
Pour a fresh portion of cool water every two days and shorten the stems again. This way ranunculus will last noticeably longer.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
