Spray Roses
Spray roses are not a separate variety but a way of growing: several buds open on a single stem, so the bouquet looks especially lush and natural. These roses are valued for their volume and soft, garden-like appearance: they work well both in a mono-composition and combined with greenery or wildflowers. In Almaty, spray roses are ordered for birthdays, anniversaries, dates, and simply as a sign of attention without an occasion. When choosing a bouquet, consider the number of buds and the shade: soft pastel tones are suitable for a romantic gift, bright ones for congratulations, while white or cream are appropriate for a wedding or presentation. If you want to make a surprise, add a free card with your message. We can deliver the bouquet anonymously — the recipient won't know who it's from if you don't sign the card. Before sending, the florist will photograph the finished composition so you can see how it looks. Delivery is possible at an exact time, including at night, across Almaty and its suburbs.

Questions and answers
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
