Strawberry Jam Bouquet

Pink peonies are appropriate for both a birthday and a family celebration: they look equally good in the hands of the birthday girl and on a festive table. The dense buds hold their shape, so the bouquet looks elegant and is presented without any fuss. Eucalyptus gives the arrangement a fresh, slightly herbal aroma that softly complements the sweet scent of peonies.

To keep the flowers fresh longer, cut the stems at an angle and place them in clean, cool water, changing it every couple of days. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripe fruit — this way, the peonies and eucalyptus will retain their shape and color.
