Fresh water — daily. Pour out the old liquid and fill the vase with cool clean water every day or every other day. At the same time, rinse the vase — a film builds up on its walls and becomes a breeding ground for bacteria.

Avoid heat and direct sun. Near radiators, a stove, or on a windowsill in the sun, daisies will wilt faster. Choose a spot in the room that isn't hot and has no draughts.

Remove wilted flowers. If a flower has drooped, take it out — it won't help the others last longer. Stems that have started to darken are also best removed.

Keep away from fruit. Next to ripening fruit, daisies wilt faster due to the substances they release. A vase of daisies and a bowl of apples on the same table is a bad idea.

Feed them if you have feed. If the bouquet came with flower food, add it to the water according to the instructions. If not, just change the water more often — that's enough.
