Before placing the roses in water, make a diagonal cut on the stem with a sharp knife — this way moisture will reach the buds better. Remove all leaves that end up in the water: in water they spoil instantly and make it cloudy. Every two days, trim the stems at an angle and replace the water in the vase. Keep the vase with roses away from direct sunlight and drafts, and also away from apples or bananas — these fruits cause buds to wilt faster. If the roses are in a box, when transferring them to a vase, act carefully, preserving the shape of the buds. At night, you can move the vase with roses to a cooler place. We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
