How to Choose Volume and Composition

Here there are anthuriums both as mono-bouquets and as more voluminous compositions. The mono-bouquets in the section are "Red Anthuriums in a Vase" and "White Anthuriums in a Vase". They look laconic and fit any interior. More complex compositions — "Bouquet Idyll", "Bouquet Element of Feelings", "Bouquet of Anthuriums" — include additions that emphasize the anthuriums. "Bouquet Luck" and "Bouquet Aquarelle" — options to please without spending much.

Choose by looking at the event and the tastes of the person for whom the gift is intended. If you are unsure, our florist in Petropavl will help you decide. The bouquet is assembled on the day it is to be received by the recipient.

How the Order Goes

First you choose a bouquet on the website, then you specify where and at what time to deliver the order. The florist makes the bouquet, then photographs it and hands it to the courier. You receive the photo — even before delivery you can see what the bouquet looks like. On request, we will deliver the bouquet anonymously.

The courier calls the sender if no one opens the door — but only after waiting 15 minutes. If no agreement can be reached, the bouquet goes back: for a repeat delivery you will have to pay again, and the previous amount is not refunded.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
