Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.

How We Deliver Astilbe in Petropavl

Before the courier leaves, we photograph the bouquet and send you the picture right away. You'll see the finished composition in advance — the very one the courier will deliver. This is convenient when you're preparing a surprise and can't see the bouquet before it's given.

We'll bring it at the appointed hour. If you choose a specific time, the courier will arrive exactly then. And a free card with the bouquet — we'll write your words on it so the recipient reads a warm message at the moment of delivery.

If the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier will wait fifteen minutes. Then we'll call you and, with your consent, leave the flowers with the receptionist or at a nearby shop. In that case, a new courier trip must be paid again, and the amount for the previous one is non-refundable — this way we maintain the service and protect the flowers.

How to Keep Astilbe Fresh at Home

Astilbe in a vase won't require complicated procedures, but a couple of useful habits will prolong its freshness. Here's what to do as soon as the bouquet is with you.

First, take care of the vase. Wash it with soap and fill it with cool, clean water. Clean dishes slow down the growth of bacteria that clog stems and shorten the bouquet's life.

Then trim the stems. With a sharp knife or pruners, cut two to three centimeters off the stem at a forty-five-degree angle. To prevent air from entering the conducting vessels, hold the stem under running water or place it in the vase immediately. For astilbe this is especially important: its stems like to "drink" without obstacles.

Remove leaves that might touch the water. Leaves in water quickly rot and spoil the atmosphere in the vase. It's enough to leave leaves only above the water level.

Refresh the water every one to two days. At the same time, rinse the vase and shorten the stems by a couple of centimeters. To support the flowers, you can add cut-flower food: it helps buds open gradually and stay fresh longer.

Choose a spot for the vase away from sun, drafts, and fruit — somewhere cool and calm. Fruit emits ethylene, which brings wilting closer. Astilbe likes moderate temperature and a calm environment — much like people, actually.

If the plumes become a bit dry, don't rush to part with the bouquet. Sometimes it's enough to remove the lower dried parts and change the water — and the composition looks fresh again. You can also gently mist astilbe with water from a spray bottle: it responds to light humidity.
