When Lilac Fits the Occasion

Lilac suits occasions of any scale: from a modest token of attention to a grand celebration. Understated compositions in a purse or miniature bouquets like Violet and "Serenade's Path" will delight a friend, colleague, or loved one. White lilac is appropriate as a gift for a birthday, wedding, or anniversary. The composition in a planter will appeal to those who appreciate gifts that stay fresh for a long time and serve as home decor. Sunset with its contrasting accents will be appreciated by bold and creative people. The "Lilac Composition in a Basket" is a substantial gift for a wedding, a grand celebration, or to thank someone important.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
