Haworthia d8 h12

Haworthia cooperi is a miniature plant with a dense rosette of thick, fleshy leaves. Their surface is covered with small white bumps, and soft teeth run along the edges. The color varies from dark green to grayish, sometimes with a slight brick tint. The plant is 12 cm tall, and the pot diameter is 8 cm.

You can place the haworthia on a windowsill of an east- or west-facing window, in partial shade or in diffused light. Direct sunlight causes burns, while in deep shade the rosette loses its shape and becomes elongated. Water moderately, letting the soil dry out completely between waterings—overwatering is more dangerous for a succulent than drought. In winter, reduce watering to once every few weeks.

This small succulent is suitable for a desk, shelf, or windowsill in an apartment or office. It is given as a housewarming gift or as an addition to a present for a houseplant enthusiast.
