A card is included with any bouquet — free of charge. The courier will deliver the chosen bouquet to the person it is addressed to, exactly at the appointed time. If the recipient is not at the address, the courier will wait fifteen minutes, then call you; with your consent, the bouquet will be handed to the front desk administrator or left at a nearby shop. When there is no one to hand the bouquet to, it will be returned to the floral salon: you will have to pay again for a repeat delivery, and the amount paid will remain with us.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
