Tradescantia d16 h35

probuket

Tradescantia in a 16 cm diameter pot and 35 cm tall is a lush little bush with long shoots that cascade beautifully. The leaves are oval, pointed at the tips, with a smooth surface and a striking pattern of longitudinal stripes. The plant forms a dense cap of greenery that grows over time and fills the space around the pot.

You can place the tradescantia on a windowsill, shelf, or in a hanging basket — the trailing stems look especially good at height. It prefers bright but indirect light, without direct sunlight that can cause burns on the leaves. Watering should be regular and moderate: the soil should stay slightly moist, but without water pooling in the saucer. In winter, reduce watering based on the condition of the soil.

It makes a suitable gift for a colleague or a loved one, as well as for decorating your own home for any quiet occasion. The plant is low-maintenance, grows quickly, and tolerates pruning easily, so even a beginner can care for it.
