Then the courier brings the arrangement to the recipient's address at your chosen time. Especially if the bouquet needs to appear right at a meeting, dinner, or the start of a celebration.

Delivery is the final touch. The recipient sees the bouquet, and we see that everything went as planned. If you want the gift to be anonymous, we can arrange that too: the recipient won't know who the flowers are from until you decide to reveal yourself.

If the Recipient Doesn't Answer

Sometimes a bouquet is ordered for a specific time, but the recipient doesn't answer. The courier doesn't leave immediately. The courier will wait 15 minutes: perhaps the recipient is on their way or about to return. If the recipient doesn't appear within that time, the courier contacts you to find out what to do next.

With your consent, the courier will leave the bouquet with the front desk or at a nearby shop. This is handy when the recipient lives in a building with a concierge or works in an office with a receptionist. We agree on these terms in advance to avoid surprises.

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
